Design-build general contractor installation of a new 40bbl brew house, canning and packaging system, CIP system, waste treatment, deaerated water system, Silo expansion, yeast management system, and a product distribution process piping systems. Installed Buhler malt handling system, glycol and steam system, and canning line and 6,000 sq. ft. cold box. The cellar expansion included three 400bbl fermenters and one 400bbl BBT, a chiller and boiler system.
