Rancho Springs Women’s Center and ER expansion was a $37,000,000 new construction project located in Murrieta, California.  The 2-story hospital facility includes 64 beds and totals 71,815 sq. ft.  The HVAC and plumbing scope for this OSHPD project consisted of an air cooled chiller, air handling units, exhaust fans, CAV boxes, pumps, boilers, storage tanks, medical gases, and decontamination tanks.
