Pacific Rim Mechanical produces design documents for our design build projects. We review engineering opportunities and support our field supervisors in problem solving situations. We currently employ nine professional engineers.

Conceptual Budgeting
Conceptual budgets are typically developed during the initial stages of design. We interview the customer for basic mechanical requirements and develop a complete scope of work based on performance and cost. This service helps our clients prepare for future construction.

Project Estimating
We provide project estimating for all types of construction. We create detailed estimates that include costs for equipment, ductwork, piping, insulation, subcontractors and all related labor. This group supports our competitive bid projects and negotiated contracts.
